First he removed the tile backsplash in the kitchen along with the drywall, that was 230.00, I waited over a month just to get Carlos to do the work.  He returned on a separate day to install the tile.  Since he installed and grouted the tile all in one day it bulged in various areas and the installation of the tile itself was not a clean professional job, there are areas where it's more sunken then others (we used a decorative tile strip and field tile), some areas are also unleveled to the size of a quarter, the grout looks bad and he didn't fully remove the haze.  I called him and he returned after a few weeks to remove one tile and re-install it where it's bulgy but never returned to re-grout it.  I had to text and call him several times but it was one excuse after another and to this day (July 5th) he has not completely finished the job.  Additionally, I had to call an electrician to come and look at the kitchen plugs because one wall of them did not work appropriately-he found that a screw was removed and never replaced and he added spacers on sme plugs because the covers were not fitting correctly anymore...the electrician did say that the tile under one of the plugs was not cut correctly because it needed to come up further to hold the plug.
