The stones were set in the concrete with wide gaps between stones and thin pieces of granite were overhanging the steps. The owner, Fermin, did not agree with our concerns. Within the first couple of weeks, pieces of granite broke off the edge of the steps. We ended up hiring another company to redo the retaining wall and to fix the broken flagstone on the steps.
