The master plumber changed a bad wax ring due to a leaking toilet in my master bath, he also informed me that I had a bad flange on that toilet. He said it did not have to be fixed right then and there but that it may leak again. I decided not to do it because he wanted like a couple of hundred dollars more. I asked him to look at a 2nd toilet in the guest bath because there were two large screws that needed to be cut down. Nothing wrong with this particular toilet. He could not cut the screws so he needed to lift the toilet and reset it with new screws. I told him to go ahead and do since I am getting ready to sell my house and it needed to be done. He added a new wax ring because he had to lift it up anyway. There was nothing else wrong with this toilet. I also asked him if there were any issues he could see with this 2nd toilet and he said no. Days later we noticed the toilet rocked. He did not fix the issue and made it worse. They also left a mess in both bathrooms and did not pick up after themselves. I wish I would have taken pictures. I called the plumber to come and fix the problem and he told me there might be additional charges due to the bad flange and that is probably why it is rocking. I told him he was wrong that the toilet with the flange issue is fine and that was in my master bath, Informed him the issue was the guest bathroom where he changed the screws. He continued practically calling me a liar that he would come but there might be additional charges. due to bad flange. I did not trust him to come back to my house.. These people do not honor warranty and do not know how to treat a customer. The guy argued with me as if I do not know my own house and what I called them out to do. I do not recommend these people. Update: I had another plumber come out and fix my toilet that Express plumbing argued with me about. It was fixed. Express plumbing DID NOT SET the toilet properly, just as I said. Do not ever use these people. I now have a new honest plumber with CAPPS Plumbing, also listed here on Angie's List. Honest and reasonable and do the job right the first time. They also quoted me a much more reasonable price on another plumbing issue, which they are returning to fix.

Rico was great. He kept in contact with me. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to bad weather but there was no problem. I'd use them again!

Fixed the leak which comes with a 90-day warranty . Total was $397.

Since the ceiling had already been opened, they were able to complete the work in under an hour. I was most impressed by how fast they responded, how courteous they were and that they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly.

The provider answered the phone on a Sunday evening, made an appointment to call me at 8 the next morning to confirm an appointment at nine. They called at 8 on the dot and were fifteen minutes early. The process was thoroughly explained and the plumbers finished the job well before they estimated. They were also pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied.

The toilet in the guest bathroom would not flush. My husband and I rented an auger to clear the line, but that had no effect. We then called Express Plumbing and Rico said it was probably a clogged vent pipe. He tried to clear the vent by putting an auger down the pipe from the roof, but the blockage would not clear. He dropped a camera down the pipe and showed us that the vent pipe was totally full of dirt and gravel where it joined the sewer line. The cast iron elbow joint had collapsed and the pipes were now full of roots and dirt. Rico sub-contracted with a workman, who dug a 5 foot long trench under the slab to the joint, which was not easy because of all the lime stone rocks he had to remove. We were thankful that the slab was not on bedrock! When the trench was completed, Rico came back, removed the toilet and a section of interior wall so he could get to broken joint. He removed the bad sections of pipe and replaced it with PVC pipe. Finally, he ran an auger down the sewer before replacing the toilet. On Thanksgiving morning, the shower stopped draining and muddy water started coming up in the sunken bathtub. We also had air bubbles come up in the toilet when water was run in the sink. We called Express Plumbing immediately. Rico said it was probably the auger had pushed the roots down the pipe and they needed to be cut up and flushed away. We made at appointment for him to be back at our house at 8AM Friday morning. On Friday morning Rico came right at 8AM and cleared the line at no additional cost. The work was done professionally in a reasonable amount of time and the men cleaned up after themselves. We received an itemed list of the work and Rico was helpful in explaining what he proposed to do so we had a good understanding of the problem and the solution.

Luis was great...very professional and courteous. This was a follow-up to some tile work performed by Rudy's flooring (recommend this also). We will call Express Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Called on a Saturday morning after seeing a coupon in Angie's List for a $99 drain cleaning. The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. They had no openings for that day but we agreed they would come Sunday morning between 9:00 - 10:00 am. He asked if I wanted a courtesy call when the plumber was on the way. I received the courtesy call at about 9:20 Sunday morning and he arrived shortly thereafter. He augered the drain and didn't try to sell me a bunch of camera services and/or water pressure testing. He was gone within an hour and my drains were running great!

The work involved installing additional plumbing as well as rerouting some existing plumbing. They were very professional and communicated well. The work was for my own house therefore the quality was very important. They were great at answering questions and didn't seem to mind me hovering over them. I did ask them to move a line in the attic to a different position that they had run, for my preference mainly. They came back and did so with a great attitude. They were great a minimizing the debris the job caused.

They showed up on job as promised , on time . Very professional and knowledgable, finished the job and charged as promised. I would recommend and I would use again .

They had a team to my house within two hours of my call, as promised. Louis and Alex were courteous and professional. They found the problem, made the repair in a very confined, hard-to-work-in area, cleaned up and were done within an hour and a half. Great work! Thanks!

We called them on a Sunday morning they gave us the quote over the phone, arrived within less than an hour and by 2pm the valve was installed with a new access box and an additional cut off. Very happy about the experience, the price was also one third what other companies had quoted our neighbors for the same thing.
