Roy and Chris did an outstanding job on re-building my bathroom rotten wooden floor, they also did an amazing job ceramic tiling the floor, the cost was more than fair.ð ð ¾ I would certainly recommend them to a friend A great hard-working, reliable, responsible communicative, trustworthy team.

2/22/2022 Project on flooring started. I paid Roy Puder $468 on 1/16/2022 for a box of flooring which came in and was the wrong flooring. I also had a box of flooring which did not finish the job so that is why I had to order more flooring. Since the box of flooring could not be found, Roy said I would have to wait until May, Roy said he could buy wood and stain it to finish the flooring to match the existing flooring. Roy stated he would refund us the monies from the box we purchased through him. He said he would deduct the monies for the wood he purchased. The wood, stain, and the height of the flooring that he supplied did not match! Roy then told my husband to sand, finish and complete the job. I found a box from a Florida company and had it shipped to me in days. I called Roy and said my husband would finish the job because his work was sub-standard. He said he would get us a refund when the company paid him for the returned box that did not match. It has been well over a two months and now he is not responding to text messages. I also paid him an additional $600 on 2/27/2022 for the job before it was even finished and my husband ended up finishing the job. He had to ripe out the bad stained wood and rough flooring and replace it with the correct box of flooring. I don't feel I should even pay for the bad wood that he supplied as it did not match at all and the finish was rough as a cob. I feel I should be refunded for the entire box which was $468 since my husband had to ripe out the sub-standard flooring and finish it himself. I also only paid $409.30 from the Florida company and feel I was over charged for the box of flooring from Roy. I would not recommend this company.

Roy and his staff did a wonderful job repairing our wood floor and communication was great.

Roy, Jackson, and Chris did an amazing job with my Kitchen, Bath, and laundry area floor. They were friendly, personable, responsible, and great at communication and execution. In addition to floor tile, Expert Tile and Flooring did my shower and bathroom wall tile. They were meticulous problem solvers and the final product is excellent. I was so impressed, I hired Expert to patch my wood floor. I'd hire Expert tile again in a heartbeat. These gentlemen know what they're doing, and execute with precision and artistry. They are also a great family run business where each member of the team is highly valued, including customers.

Said he would be here at 9AM on 9/23/20 but he never showed up and did not call to give reason.

Roy and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time each day ready to go and i don't even think they broke for lunch. The hardwood floor had been badly worn in a number of areas, and prior owners had inserted wood putty plugs in two specific boards. For two days, they ripped up worn/damaged boards and replaced with inserts of a spare box i happened to have had. The floor not only looks brand new in those respective areas, but you cant even tell that boards were replaced other than perhaps a slightly deeper color due to non-fading. All in all, I would hire Roy and team again in a second to handle any of my flooring jobs. His price was extremely reasonable and cleaned up everyday after work. Excellent job guys !!!!

I hired Expert Tile & Flooring Installation back in June of 2017. Roy was the individual who helped me with the project. I had a plumbing company come in and replace a pipe that had been leaking, causing water to surface into the living room. Well, all in all the repair left a large 3x4 hole in the middle of the dining room. Roy came in was able to continue a project that I had started. Roy did his work step by step, making sure the prior step was completed accurately before proceeding to the next. Roy had to place a leveling concrete so he could then start his tile work process. After drying, Roy returned to smooth it out and start laying down mortar so he could then place tiles. After that dried and stayed in place Roy returned once more to begin his grouting process. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome and clean work he performed. His price was very reasonable and fair, considering how many trips he made to properly repair and install new tile.

I hired Roy to repair a wood floor that had water damage. Job started out good. He left his helper to finish and left. I specifically said 3 times Not to put 2 particular boards back because of the markings on them. He not only put it back, but, in a more visible area! Roy came back t fix it by cutting out that board and replacing it, did not lock it in like the rest of the boards because he didn't want to pull the boards again. The board is now Not flush with the other boards and he used crappy and different colored wood filler to fill in the spaces on the sides of the replace board and looks awful. Tried to contact Roy several times, but, of course, now, won't answer the phone or reply to my many Text messages! Don't Hire him.
