So far so good!

I use this service weekly for at least a couple years now. I will continue to use them because of their professionalism and the quality of work that they do.

In general the work performed was good, accomplished on time, and as expected. It was somewhat expensive but was worth the reliably good job. Unfortunately the workers sometimes used a large riding mower that left ruts in the lawn and tire marks on the large-format stone walk. I was, however, satisfied overall with their work. We sold that home and moved to a condo about nine months ago and yesterday I received an email threatening collection of unpaid fees -- 9 months after we canceled the service! We never received a bill or an email from the company after our final payment. So although the work was good albeit expensive, I would never recommend this company due to such inappropriate billing practices.

My experience with Expert Lawn and Landscaping Inc. has gone great. They do a great job on my lawn. They clean up very well. They're here every Thursday. Overall, they do a good job.

It was not good. When we built our house, I guess the price was reasonable but it wasn't reasonable due to the fact that they didn't install the system correctly. I didn't like a thing about them. They re-installed the system and we had to get the whole thing totally replaced. It was installed wrong and it's what I've been told by several different companies. He told me it was my problem when I try to call them and talked to him about it so there was no response.

The overall experience was excellent. Our questions are promptly answered and recommendations for possible solutions are made by their representatives. When appointments were made, the representative arrived on time and kept appointments. The work was complleted in a prompt and professional manner. The representatives cleaned up nicely when the job was compleyed. My experience with the office staff has been very good, they are very professional and polite.

They show up on time, they have excellent customer service over the phone, and the billing process is professional and the repairmen are excellent. They charge 79 for the first hour and then less for each additional hour.
