While the monitoring was satisfactory, to my knowledge, their final billing was unfair and ridiculous. It took them 3 months to respond to my request to have the service discontinued; then they sent a final bill that included charges for the three months that had transpired since I'd first tried to get them to discontinue the service PLUS $166 for "remaining obligation on monitoring agreement"- and this after having been their customer for many years! Apparently, they allow you to discontinue service only in the same month as you started the service, or they charge you for the rest of the year, even if you've been a customer for 10 years!

Home Security System Service
I am a new customer with Expert Electronics & so far everything has been fabulous. A few days after making the change, I accidentally hit the wrong button & we could not get it to stop buzzing, I had to cut the wire to make it stop. The company sent someone right out to get it fixed for us & we were very pleased with their quick response. I will continue to have them monitor my home on a monthly basis, as their prices are great too.
