Rose spent 3 months with me, during which time we became good friends. As we searched through the plethora of homes, we occasionally met for lunch to relax and discuss a bit. She would repeatedly tell me not to settle and that I still had plenty of time to keep looking. We are a military family and have moved 9 times over the past 10 years. This was our first home purchase, and we were definitely naive. Rose helped to educate us and relieve our fears. She knows the stresses of military life. Her husband is recently retired army, and her son is active duty air force. It was great to have someone who understands the military concerns of home buying: costs, deployment, upgrading, and resale. Rose is not the typical realtor out to get the house at the highest price so that she can get a big commission. She is a good woman with her clients' best interests at heart. Many times she told me that a certain house was overpriced for what it was and that a less expensive one would be better.
