Outstanding company.  Evey and her team are straight shooters and fair.  They obtained a tenant quickly for my rental house and got much more in rent ($1,495) then I thought I could get (around $1,200).  They use several companies when a repair is needed and everything was done quickly and at a reasonable cost.  All the paperwork, to include monthly statements and vendor invoices, were sent promptly and were always accurate.  The tenant was thoroughly screened and was excellent.  When he offered to purchase my property, Evey and her staff handled the transaction for me and everything was seemless.  If you're looking for a property manager, THIS is the company.  Highly recommend them.
