Poorly. We met at the site and as Tana was explaining the procedure of how the engineeering was going to go she kept changing and contrdicting herself. She said that the garage had to be cleaned up which i was planning to do. Not very customer oriented either.

The lady that we worked with in this company has been great. They know their stuff and have given great advice. When we had a foundation job done on our house, we had them come and they said that the job was done poorly and gave advice on how it needed to be done. When the second foundation company messed up as well, they were there and explained what they did wrong and we were able to rely on their advice. I would highly recommend them to others and I will be using them in the future. They have been busy but have also been very honest with us.
