Outstanding. The manager, Michael, was a City Forester at one time. He is very knowledgeable. All of the technicians were efficient and did beautiful work. Jason was very client oriented.

They did an overall estimate on general health regarding growth, patterns, locations, disease, etc. They did not have the package that we wanted. They gave us the best package and service price for the package. The came in and trimmed eight or nine trees. They took down one tree that they thought was a hazard to the house. They did an excellent job in removing it. They followed up a week later with a stump removal crew. They came and took care of that. Grinded it down, gave us all the much. Offered to cut it up for firewood for us. Without a doubt would recommend them and use them again.

The consult went great.  David was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.  He examined all the trees on my property, plus a large row of my prized Burford Hollies.  We discussed potential issues and long term care and pruning.  David was very patient and we discussed each tree at length.  It was a pleasure talking to a true professional who is dedicated to his craft.  I took notes and learned a lot from David.   In addition, he even took some time to look at my neighbor's Live Oak that I asked him to look at to determine the long term effects of some storm damage.

We had gotten quotes from a couple other tree trimming companies, and they were substantially less. Enough that we got cards, and gave all to our neighbors. They were on time.

Their prices were very reasonable. They were very knowledgeable about the trees. They are arborous.

Everything went very well.  Miguel and Rafael, the Etter Tree Care team, did a great job. Took about 6 hours.  It was a tough job and very hot.  The guys were very professional and careful in going about their work.  The yard was cleaned up before leaving.  I will call Etter Tree Care in the future when needed.

This was the 2nd time we had Etter's out to trim our trees. They are very thorough and professional.  They offered advice for DIY to save a bit of money.  Very appreciated!

They were very careful while cutting to protect the tree.  They are excellent.  Several neighbors have asked who did our home because it looked so nice.  They work straight through to get it done and they are very professional.

I have used them for three to four years.  I would highly recommend them.  I like the fact that they are truly professional.  They know what they are talking about and really understand the biology of trees.  They are always on time.  They do not overcharge and I feel they are well worth the money.

He's the best. We got some beautiful oak trees that we value and we trust him.

David, the arborist, was professional and detailed in his description of the disease in the large, 20 year-old Red Oak and recommended immediate removal before it could pose a danger of falling on the house. We made an appointment and the crew were on time, careful in their work and cleaned up all the debris. The job was complicated by the fact they had to remove the tree over a 6 foot concrete wall. The pruning of the other two trees was completed at the same time in the manner David had stated.

We just bought our house last year and fell in love with the huge, old oak tree out back but had no idea what type of care to give it. It was overgrown and hanging over our back fence and had heavy limbs pushing down on telephone and cable lines. We knew we had some dead limbs as well. Ed came recommended by our neighbor who wanted him to prune her trees that happened to hang onto our roof. He walked the property with us identifying the many transplanted species we have. He assessed the health of all of the trees, noted which ones needed pruning and which ones had been over-pruned previously. He made recommendations on the work to be done, including removing the vine from the oak tree and pruning dead limbs that were positioned right above our driveway. He was very professional and very friendly. On the day of the job, he was on time with a full crew to start the work and answer any questions. We were thrilled with the work done, we will be using them again!
