Stereo and Home Theater System Service
It started out fine but with clear direction to keep in simple. Rene had no experiance with Grande Communications which I don't think helped matters.
The guys were nice, clean and trustworthy, as they should be, but the problem is that all this technology doesn't work properly. Our wifi was completely undersized, we are constantly having to reboot equipment and call Rene after hours. I have the feeling that this company doesn't really know what they are doing. I still can't do things on my iphone that was promised. You shouldn't have to bring out your boom box when company comes over because the technology doesn't work.
We have since hired someone else to fix this mess.
