This is the place to go if you value perfection. I took in my vehicle with a beaten, cracked windshield and 6hrs later received an OEM replacement, polished to a shine. So clear in fact that you almost think that the glass isn't there. I was impressed with the experience from start to finish. The owner and his wife are great people and it is obvious that they take pride in their company. Attention to detail is paramount and these guys are the best in the business. They were recommended and approved through my auto insurance as well. Don't waste you time shopping the competition. Take your vehicle here and get it done right!

Highly recommend this company. I had previously had problems with Safelite. Estrada encountered difficulties finding the correct windshield to fit my vehicle and they handled the situation professionally and efficiently. The true character of a business is shown when there are problems and how they respond to the situation. Estrada kept me informed throughout the process and I was very happy with the outcome.

Everything went very smoothly. I was able to schedule my appointment at a convenient date. I dropped off the car for the day, and they replaced the windshield. It looks great. The staff was very nice and professional. I will definitely use them again if I need a window or windshield replaced.

Had an appointment and they received car at specified time. It was also ready at the specified time. The work was done perfectly and the car was clean when given back to me. Do not let the price scare you! I have a new vehicle that took only factory glass and that was the reason for the high price. The dealer actually wanted $300 more. Also, this company does the glass work for the dealer anyway. Very happy.

Overall, excellent. Great price, very knowledgeable and they were able to schedule an appointment within a day of calling. I like that they use OEM products and take their time to complete the install correctly. I dropped my van off in the morning and picked it up later in the day just prior to closing time. My only frustration was that they advertise they will cover the car dashboard etc to protect it during the install. Nothing was damaged but there was a ton of just/dirt all over the dash and front console. I really didn't notice at first till we drove down the road and it started flying around and in our eyes. Even worse when we turned on the vent fan. I wish I would have caught it at pickup but there really wasn't anyone there to do anything about it regardless. I still plan to return if I ever had a glass problem again, they are good at what they do.

They were outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about them. We called on a Monday afternoon and saw us Tuesday morning and it took a little over an hour to have us back on the road. Their price was well below anybody else in town. Their total was less than the dealers price for labor ALONE!! I would not hesitate to recommend them or to go back if we have any issues.

The back glass on my Dodge Ram1500 was broken and I had quotes in the $1600 range from other shops. They gave me a price over the phone within minutes for $900. Ran me home for the day and picked me back up later when it was done. They explained that to do the repair correctly it needs to set for a while after it is done before you drive it so you drop it off in the morning and it is ready in the late afternoon. The window looks great, works great, and has no signs of leaking. The only detail missed by them and myself is the level of tint on the existing windows is just slightly darker. Not enough to notice unless you are looking for it. In hindsight I would suggest taking the vehicle by the shop before they order it to try to make sure it is as close as possible to the original.

At 8:30 am I called Estrada's Carglass to repair a rock chip in my windshield from the day before. I was asked a few details (size, creeping) and was told I could bring it in now. I arrived a few minutes before 9:00 am and my information was recorded before I handed over the keys. I waited about an hour for the work to be done in their waiting room with TV, water, and children's toys. I paid cash and drove out a few minutes after 10 am. I was treated professionally and punctually. The windshield was thoroughly cleaned. The chip was still evident but should not run. I was very satisfied.

I contacted Estrada's as they were well rated on Angie's List. I called for an estimate and scheduled a day for the work. The estimate included new moulding and tax. The new glass is tinted like the old glass. They like to keep the vehicle for the day to allow the cement to cure. They answered all of my questions and were quite professional. I would recommend this shop. The price was competitive.

I chose to call this company because they are star-rated here. I called them on Tuesday 8/7/12 at 12:30 to ask for an estimate to replace my front windshield. I spoke to Cassandra. She said she was not able to give me a quote at the moment but would find out and call me right back. I told her I called them because I saw their rating on Angie's List. She assured me she would call back shortly. That was almost 2 days ago. It is Wednesday 8/8/12 7:45 pm and I have yet to receive a call back.

No appointment. I was a drive-in customer after calling the previous day and arrived around 0845. Ian explained the full process and how the chipped windshield would be repaired with clear resin to prevent further cracking. The entire time from arrival to departure was 45 minutes. Ian was knowledgeable and did answer all of my questions before the process began. Highly recommended and I would definitely go there again.

Overall the transaction went well, there were only really two hitches one of which I'm not even sure was thier fault. The first was that the glass I was quoted over the phone was the glass with the mustang pony emblem included at the top center but the glass I found instaleld when I went to pick it up was teh standard OE glass which did not include it. It was explained to me that the company only installs OEM parts and while they were apologetic I am still miffed about it just a little. The second bit was a blown fuse which I discovered the next day that was preventing my map lights embedded in my rearview from working. I don't know what they could have done to cause this other than plugging and unplugging the unit when they installed the front glass. I chaulk it up to 12 year old fuses. That said the process went remarkably smooth, I scheduled an appointment to drop it off in the morning the day before, I showed up the next day and left it in thier care and it was ready that afternoon after the requisite time had passed to allow the adhesive on the glass to cure. I was a bit annoyed that I was told a really late time to come pick it up by someone on the phone and nearly had to wait till the next day to do so but the guys still in the shop went the extra mile and waited around for me to get there. Overall I gotta say this was the smoothest transaction I've ever had with regards to auto glass, I got all OE parts and pieces for teh install and I got them at a reasonable price with excellent service to boot. Hard to beat that

Found Estrada's on Angie's List and called the day ahead to ask info for getting new nick in windshield looked at before it split the glass. I went the next day as they had instructed after calling ahead to tell them I was on my way over. Tally met me and took the car around to the work area, repaired the nick in the glass, and would not let me pay her for it as she said it was so small and only took her a few minutes. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the repairs and glass procedures, and the most pleasant lady. I expect exactly what she said will happen to the glass over time will eventually happen, despite the repair as it was not a 100% reparable type of nick. When the time comes to replace the entire windshield, they are getting my business!

When I called and asked for a quote to replace my windshield on my Mercury Grand Marquis, I was quoted a price.. The staff was very friendly and professional. On Monday morning, March 5, 2012, I dropped my vehicle at Estrada's Carglass. They answered any questions that I had satisfactorily. They informed me that my car would be ready at 4pm that afternoon. When I arrived at 4pm, my car was ready as promised. The price quoted was exactly what I was charged. They did an excellent job. I thought the price of $250 was very fair. They did the work right on time, and it seems to be good quality work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
