Installation was done professionally and the floors look great. There were a few places on the floor that needed additional glue after a few months. Eloy took care of them for us. Very pleased with our wood floors.

We selected Eloy Rodriquez Flooring because they had initially installed some tile flooring in the home we purchased.  We had heard from the previous owner that the company had a stellar reputation.  The existing tile floors were beautiful, and it was obvious that they had been installed professionally.  Eloy Rodriquez (Jr) arrived on time to complete the walk-through and estimate for the installation.  Eloy provided some good suggestions during our meeting, and he provided the quote to complete the work within 24 hours.  Eloy arrived on the day of the installation with a crew of four people.  Within the first day, they had removed the carpeting and pads and prepared the floors for the installation of the wood and tile.  During the second day, the wood floors were completed by a crew of four people.  And on the third day, the tile installation was completed, and all toe rails and painting had been completed.

Eloy and his team ripped out the old flooring and carpet that came with our "new house". Did a wonderful job on the new wood floors. Great job- I watched!
His team also installed our new carpet. Came back to touch one little place that my husband wanted fixed.
They were quick, thorough and all the gentlemen were most professional,

After working with Eloy on our flooring -removal of old carpet and flooring and installation of new- we decided to have Eloy provide us with design ideas for a new deck. After receiving two other bids and ideas, we opted to engage Eloy.
He said they could do the job in four days. We thought that would be impossible as others had stated up to three weeks.
Eloy and his team showed right at the time designated. His team consisted of Eloy, his two sons and two other gentlemen. They got right to work tearing down the old "deck" (really a small landing going down stairs. They quickly demo'd existing and hauled away and cleaned up. Then started footings for the deck -tedious due to bedrock.
I watched as they built the deck.. Since we wanted a natural cedar look, Eloy had the cedar water sealed (both sides). I watched carefully as the deck was built - every spacing between boards was carefully measured; all posts were set to level and checked again and again; all boards were checked for levelness board-by- board.
The stairs were beautifully set and of course leveled. Railings were set with the recommended material (coated aluminum, I believe).
Eloy even built a handicap ramp in case our brother-in-law were to visit.
Lest I forget, Eloy had recommended laying tile on the existing concrete deck - something no other bidder had even suggested. Tile was laid and is simply a wonderful touch.
Can't say enough about Eloy - his work is exacting and his work meticulous.
And you may be wondering "how long did it take?" Four and a half days start to finish and that included one day of steady rain.
We will use Eloy again and recommend him without hesitation.
