"I just had to respond as the owner of the company. So you gave the rating based on what merit? My office staff called you back the same business day to tell you we were not taking on any more business and your upset? I think that's an Angies list issue..they should have a box that we as the company can check whether or not we are taking on new clients..but they don't and yet you are upset with us... Makes perfect sense... I am truly sorry that as a company we have such a high rating; and still have to turn customers away... I guess what we should have done was tell you that we could give you an estimate in a week or two... In the meantime hired some people who dont know our expectations of quality workmanship and attention to detail... So they could show up to your home and do work beneathe the standard of this company...so you wouldn't have been inconvienced by either us not doing the work or the four hours of your precious time that you were in limbo before the office called you back..... please go back and change all your reviews of us to F's I would prefer that...Then people would be more apt to read your review...and my response to it...."

"The owners of this company take great pride in not only the work they do but their customer service. There are two owners and over 50 employees and I do not and will not EVER tell a customer we can do anything without first checking with the owners to see if they can give anyone the proper service they deserve. We do service San Antonio but like any business, the owners must decide how busy they already are and if they can truly service anyone in a logical time frame. When they see they have a huge backlog of commitments, they ask me to decline any new business. When I spoke to this lady, I explained to her that due to the commitments the owners had already made and due to the area they were working in and the area where she was, they would have to decline to give her a bid on the service she was requesting. They feel and I agree that it is better to pass on a job that they cannot take care of, even though it would be lost income, instead of doing a bad job or not getting there when promised."
