Spray Foam Insulation Installation
Job was quoted at $3450 to insulate my shop, I accepted and told the company I would pay in cash at completion of the job and they agreed and I signed a contract for the work. .
The crew arrived on time but told me the office at under bid the job and they would only make $1000 profit for the work. They then told me they would not do the work and said $5000 was the lowest they would do it for and were not happy even at that price. Since I had removed tons of tools and equipment from the shop and the next lowest bid I had received from companies on Angi I gave in and accepted the higher cost.
The crew did a good job and worked really hard but be prepared to be jacked up on your quote It seemed like a bait and switch.
