He has been very good and has given very good service. You can't make appointments in advance, but if you get in first thing, you will be seen right away. The whole staff is very pleasant and I would definitely go to them again.

I knew I would have to wait to see the DR as this vet has a "first come first serve" policy (they do not take appointments unless scheduling for a surgery). I found this vet on Angie's List with the notation that he was very reasonable in charge and had a compassion for animals. Although the price was reasonable by the time we were seen that included the office visit, antibiotic and antibacterial spray for a total of $75.00.... the Vet didn't even touch my dog when we finally made it into the exam room. I placed my pet on the table and explained my concern and less than 20 seconds later he was pulling antibiotics out of a bottle and handing me meds without any sort of interaction with my dog. Not to mention... only a word or two was said to me. Now I have to say that my pets paw is now better and the meds worked...but I will not be back. My pets are part of the family and as any health provider, I would want someone that gets to know their patient as well.

He is very professional. It is a walk in service. Sometimes there is a wait. I have a lot of animals and have never been disappointed with him.

He has demeanor. His personality is just how he is interested, his honesty. The costs are very low. We had to have an emergency for one of our dogs and they put two stitches in one of our Labrador's legs and we had to get it re-stitched by Dr. Elbel and was only $52 including the medicine. Dr. Elbel works with his wife and they are both graduates from Aand M. They have been in business for more than 20 years. His office is in a little disarray but when you see his interest in you r animal then you'll know that he doesn't have anytime to clean or just make his office.
