EJ HOUSE LEVELING ETC

They worked well with our General contractor to get our home leveled. it was a BIG job with a pier an beam cedar post home and they had to tunnel in from both sides of the house and also go through the floors to get to everything. They replaced all the cedar posts and put in new concrete piers and several new beams on both sides of the house.

Overall visit went well. Friendly professional people .

They do not communicate very well about the job progress. If they do not show up, they do not really call to tell me that they are not coming. I would use their services again in the future only if it is warranty work.

Room and porch started as a deck at a time before we bought house. The 25X50 foot structure was wood pier and beam (and not alot of piers as it turned out), during the rains of 2007 the structure started sinking and was approximately at a 2 1/2 inch slant over 20 feet. The job was turned down by two larger "remodelers/house levelers" because they didn't do "that kind of work". It was admittedly hard as there was only about 4 inches of clearance off the ground. Jose came and gave us a very fair bid which we accepted, only to have to call the next day and postpone for three months due to an emergency. We contacted Jose again and he confirmed the bid, starting work the following week. We are very happy with the quality and attention to detail that Jose provided, the room is level and very solid. He was careful with our property, and responsive to our concerns during the 3 day project, I would not hesitate to recommend Jose or use him in the future.

The experience with Jose was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, hard working and started and ended the job when he scheduled it. I waited 2 weeks for him to schedule me in. He answered my questions, was friendly and provided 2 references for me to call as well as invited me to go on a job site prior to hiring him so I could see his work and ask questions. I had a terrible experience with a previous foundation company that basically did not do what they said they were going to do and treated me poorly. I lost over $3,300 with that company and was wary of hiring another company. Jose brought my faith back to honest, ethical hard working people. He provided a standard one page contract which included cleaning up the dirt and the site after the job.
