Efrain is a very friendly, respectful and quiet man. While he was not very good about giving me specific times he would come to work, he did show on each day he had promised to be there. Usually, he wouldn't call or ring the doorbell; he'd just show up and start working on the outside of the house, which I didn't mind too much. Efrain included the cost of supplies in our estimate, and he was faithful to stick to this price at the end of the job. The work on the exterior turned out beautifully; he used a piece of the old paint to match a color for the new paint and it matched perfectly. He even powerwashed a bit around our walkway, and got rid of the black buildup nicely. Inside, we were a little disappointed to find small spatters of the wall paint in the grout between our floor tiles. Apparently, he didn't use a drop cloth when painting the walls and ceiling. However, the walls and ceiling themselves look beautiful. Efrain also repainted the baseboards in the bathroom, giving them a nice clean finish. There were a few spots we noticed wall paint on some door trim - very small but still noticeable. All in all, it was a good job. We will most likely use Efain again, but we'll make sure to request drop cloths and careful trim painting.
