I should start by saying Ed was highly recommended by my realtor. There was some roof damage that was keeping the mortgage company from closing on the home. He got it done in record time. Then, when the house was still empty we went from room to room and he took notes on everything I pointed out. We then sat down and he asked which ones were priorities. He is very good at listening. When we had a game plan, he gathered information on materials he'd need and gave me a fair price. I have been more than happy with everything he has done. He even stops to help my son unjam his Airsoft gun or fix a toy as he goes by!
Description of Work: Ed Barry did so many things for this repo! He fixed the AC system after another company came out and still left it not working. He replaced electrical switches, painted, fixed/programmed the sprinkler system, planned and oversaw landscaping, reconfigured the closets as I asked, affixed a kitchen cabinet that was leaning off the wall, fixed the Disposal, replaced a moldy floor and installed tile beautifully, installed the toilet, repaired the roof, installed lighting fixtures and replaced drains.
