He septic tank was full and backing up into the house. He came out on a Saturday night before Mother's Day. It did cost extra but got the job done right the first time.

Chad Eberle, Owner, contacted me within 5 minutes of my requesting service via Angi. Told him I needed a septic pump out. He offered me an appt. within 2 days within a 4 hour window. Chad gave me a very reasonable price and I jumped at it. He followed up with a text message confirming the day/time and the price. An hour before the scheduled window he called to say he was on his way. Chad obviously knows his profession. He gave me a tutorial on the workings of my septic system and ably completed the pump out in a timely manner. He left a clean and tidy workplace. Very impressed with Chad's professionalism and attention to detail. If you are like me - sick and tired of the quality of present day contractors give Chad a call. He is a throw back to the way things used to be. I'll be using him again.

He said he would pump 1500 gallons. Did about half that and said it was 1500. I looked up the blueprints of my tank to find the capacity. I feel I was scammed.

He said there was an issue with my system. I asked if he could still pump out my tank and then I would have my regular septic maintenance company handle the issue. He pumped out the wrong tank! He only pumped out water and left all the solids. When my regular company came out later, they said he should have started with the solids instead of only pumping the last tank. So basically what he did was useless and now I have to pay another company to pump it out again since he left all the solids. Complete waste of money!!!

The owner was wonderful, good communication about when he would arrive and a good explanation as to what my septic system issues were. I will be using him again. The pricing was fair and there were no surprises. Glad to give him my business.

I would rate them 10 if possible. They were great on the phone and they were here on time. It was an awesome experience.

Eberle quoted a price for pumping out the septic tank ($499 up to 1000 gallons) then continued to add additional charges for every and additional service, such as, finding the septic tank ($300) and clearing out the clogged line ($500). We found the tank ourselves then agreed to have him pump it out for $499. After he finished the job, he said our tank was 1050 gallons and charged an additional $245, plus tax for a total of $812.67. He also told me at the time of payment, that if I paid with cash, it would cost $500 (a savings of $300), otherwise it was $812.67. The bank was closed so I could not get cash. He would not accept cash the next day, had to be at time he finished the job. Sounds shady to me. Also, if paid with credit card, he would add the merchant processing fee. which was another $30. As business owners ourselves, we believe this young man has a lot to learn about business and customer service. I will not be hiring him again.
