Ron Alexander and his employees are professional, reliable, customer service oriented, reasonable in price. Extra effort was made to make sure that the mirrors fit properly in existing frames. We noticed a scratch on the master vanity mirror after it was installed and Ron replaced the entire mirror with no hesitation. We will use them again in the future for pending projects and will recommend the company to friends.

The glass shower door and adjacent glass panel was installed as per the bid..  It is a first class installation.

I would use them, I liked them. They were good.It was not cheap and one of the guys said that I may need to think about putting single pane. They are the first guys I called. The only reason that I went to another company, was because it was something that they didn't do. Once they signed up for a job, they stuck with it and made sure it was satisfactory to me.

Prompt response for a request to replace a small insulated glass on the upper portion of a double hung window. Quick install with clean, courteous professional employees. They easily worked with my schedule.i can't speak to the reasonableness of their price as they were the only timely response I received our of 4 requests.

I highly recommend East End Glass Company. I contacted this company several years ago because when I came home from work I found glass on my bedroom floor from a cracked window pane. They sent someone later in the evening who promptly replaced the glass.

I contacted East End Glass Company again for another cracked window pane. Bruce and Richard came this time on the day scheduled. They were very professional and courteous and replaced the glass in a short time. They also answered any questions I had about having someone from East End Glass Company give me an estimate about replacing all my windows with new ones.
