Very prompt, friendly, thorough work on what I needed done at the time. Problem is, I requested sprinkler system be added to my back yard twice with no response. They looked at my back yard, indicated they would work up a plan and cost and get right back to me on both request. Never heard back from them.

Shawn and David were great! Replaced old leaking valve, checked out the whole system and made adjustments as needed. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely call them again! Highly recommend

Earlybird irrigation is very responsive.  They do a great job.

Contractor eventually restored system to a working condition, although the job took longer and was more expensive than it seemed. However, it has worked fine since those repairs.

We contacted Shawn on Tuesday afternoon and he promptly called back.  I explained what had been going on since December with one of his competitors not responding to calls.  Shawn explained that he was booked but still offered to stop by the following morning.  He and his helper stopped by as mentioned and immediately began looking for the problem which he almost immediately determined was a ground wire problem.  After a little bit of checking several valves he had determined that the issue was definitely an unconnected grounding wire where Knockout Landscapes had not re-connected when they had to re-route sprinklers for a yard project.  Anyway, after Earlybird Irrigation finished the job he tested the entire system in my presence to ensure that everything worked.
If you live on the NW Side and are looking for lawn Irrigation system maintenance, repair or installation I would 150% recommend Earlybird Irrigation.  They will definitely be my first choice for future maintenance.

Service personnel were outstanding. They continued to work while pouring rain. Great attitudes never complained once. Would recommend them to anyone needing irrigation repairs or installation.

Called Shawn set up a time for the next day. They arrived early and jumped right into the process. They tinkered with the sprinklers until the settings (level, alignment, leaks removed) were just right.

I called Earlybird Irrigation to fix a head that broke off. Shawn and an assistant showed up on time and immediately found a leak at one of the stations. They dug it out and fixed the problem (without trying to sell me new parts.) They replaced the broken sprinkler head, then checked the system, found more problems, and fixed them. They also went over the whole system with me and explained how everything worked and gave me some ideas on how we could change things to be more efficient. They did a great job and I plan to continue to use them.

I was looking to have a new irrigation system installed and called six lawn irrigation companies that were on Angie's List. Three of them were very indifferent and three of them gave me prompt estimates. Earlybird's estimate was about the same as everyone else, but it seemed like I got better equipment and more services. Meeting Shawn face-to -face cemented the deal for me. He was very down to earth and was motivated to give me the best service possible. I had done a lot of research and had many questions. Shawn was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with what he was about to do to my yard. When installation day came, he only had one other guy, but they worked their butts off in the South Texas heat to install a fairly big system in two days. He explained the system thoroughly and made sure I had his number in case I had questions. I would definitely recommend Earlybird for any servcie.

I just moved into a new house and my neighbor recommended Shawn. He came out the morning after we talked, at 8 am ... by 9 am my sprinklers were working in top condition. I've never had a sprinkler in prior homes, and he could have "taken me to the cleaners" I would have believed anything reasonable that he told me. I had 2 damaged sprinkler heads and a common wire that was cut in two places. He programmed my timer for watering restrictions and showed me how to use it. I've since recommended him to two other friends who are just as pleased as I was. I will DEFINITELY use him in the future for repairs ... and to relocate a few heads as we work on some landscaping projects.

Shawn provides outstanding service at an affordable price. This is the second year that we have had him service our sprinkler system. He is reliable, honest, affordable, and does quality work. The first time he serviced the system (April 2011), he actually spent about 30 minutes just explaining the controller system to me. He is patient and thorough. He showed me how to make slight adjustments to make sure that each head actually sprays the right section of yard, not the adjoining sidewalk or driveway. He replaced a head that had been run over with some sort of flexible pipe head system that will bend rather than break if run over again. We are really impressed with his work and will be contacting him each year to inspect and repair the system as needed. He is professional in all aspects -- returns phone calls promptly, shows up on time, and provides exceptional service.

I used them last year, and was very satisfied with their services. They are prompt, and reasonably priced. They also have a high expertise in their field. I am planning on calling them in the next couple of days.
