The coating watered down water, there no labels on the pales that told us how to apply it. They also did not give us any warnings. The application information came by me calling Mr. Cantu over the phone. He gave me instructions over the phone. I did it exactly like he said, I even supervised the job. The coating was on our roof for 10 days. At the first rain, half the coating washed off the roof. It was guaranteed to be waterproof. It caused damage to the inside of the building, staining floor and the walls. I asked for a one half purchase price refund. They refused. Communication with them is difficult, and it took me almost a month to get the invoice. Mr. Cantu said he would check on that batch of coating, consistency, lack of labeling, and get back with me. He never did. They offered to give me more coating, but I bought metal to put over the defective roof coating. If the coating didn?t work, why should I want more?
