Dye Masters was punctual, kind and quick about their work. They left everything very clean after they were gone and I would definitely use them again. I would let others know that they do good work.

I was very impressed with DyeMasters, especially the fact that the owner oversees all of the jobs personally. They clean the carpet before it is dyed and it looks brand new when they are finished. I also liked the fact they followed up with a letter of inquiry to make sure I was satisfied, great customer service on their part!

Company had given me a timeframe between 1 & 5 p.m. Company called at 1:30 to say representative was on the way. Very nice young man came to the house. He thought he was there to clean the carpet and I explained I had a repair. He looked at the tear and explained how he could repair it. I went ahead and had the carpet cleaned because I thought they were very reasonable.

They were very timely and they did a good job of surface cleaning.

Dye Master representative was on time and very professional. He recommended that we clean the carpet and then have it dyed if necessary. With the professional equipment they use, even the worst stains were all but gone after the cleaning. We decided to dye the carpet anyway to more completely hide the stains. We were very satisfied with the finished product. The dye nicely hid any remaining stains and gave the carpet a new life at a cost significant below a new carpet. There are a lot of folks with carpet cleaning equipment, but not all know what they are doing. In our experience Dye Masters is one of the good ones and at a price that was very competitive with the norm.

Dye Masters did a real good job. They even moved the large furniture and then moved it back. The carpet dried very quickly, too, which I liked. I would use them again, definitely.
