Bruce did an amazing job! The house smelled great, looked amazing, and there were NO chemical smells to deal with. We are still using this company. I've used other companies for a cheaper price. They did ok. Dustbunnies is very reasonable for the quality of clean my house is when he is finished. Not to mention very friendly and professional at all times.

I have been using Dustbunnies for over two years now. They have always done an excellent job. I have never had a problem with them. The house looks and smells great after they come. They are really friendly and really care about the quality of their work. They go the extra mile to make sure I am always pleased. I have recommended them to several family members and friends.

There was a lack of professionalism. They changed the terms and agreements that we established up front. I fired them. The experience started out just fine, but about a month into it they started to miss a lot of things. They cut short the amount of time that they spent in my home, and consequently a lot of things were over looked. When it was pointed out to them, it was not resolved to my satisfaction. They said they could do it but it would cost me more money, even though it was all discussed up front. They would call me and tell me they got a new customer and they were going to be late showing up. It seemed to me that their priority was not their existing clientelle. I could draw my name in the dust in some areas. It was just best that we part ways.

"WOW. I am very surprised to read your comment. We left on good terms and agreed that your request had changed from the original agreement. As cleanings continued there was more requested to be done each time and the length of time in your home had gone from 2 1/2 hours to well over 3 hours. We originally gave you a discount due to certain rooms not needing to be done however when those rooms needed to be done and more task were added the price changes a little. I don't believe we ever told you that we were late due to a new customer. We do however ask for an hour window on arrival time due to unexpected occurrences ex. traffic, length of time in a home, special request, and different events. We value each and every customer and try to provide top notch service and our truly sorry we could not come to a price agreement with you. I am very shocked that you believe you fired us when we very politely requested you find another cleaning service that could meet your extensive demands for the price you were willing to pay."

They were very nice. The lady who made my bed didn’t do a very good job. However the man did a pretty good job of heavy duty thorough cleaning. He also cleaned my atrium and the filter behind the dryer well. I had a neighbor who used them who had a lot of problem with them. I thought that he was very honest and he also gave me a discount on my built-in blinds. I was positively impressed with them. I might not use them again because of my neighbor's experience.

The first time they were here they did a nice job. An A+ effort. Deep cleaning. The second time was a disaster. An F. We talked to them and they promised a repeat of their A+ effort and results. Supposed to be here at 2:30 PM. This was the third time the appointment had to be changed. Rearranged our day for the appointment. They promised this was the day. They called at 2:20 PM and cancelled. We cancelled them permanently. The Dust Bunnies are history. Inconsistent work and not dependable.

It’s a husband and wife team that comes out every time, and they are pleasant and reasonable to deal with. They are very thorough, do a great job and pay attention to detail. The only shortcoming is that it is sometimes hard to get in touch with them on the phone to confirm scheduling and things like that.

We gave them very little notice, explained our situation (mother-in-law!), and they agreed to come out after-hours. The owners Shannon and Bruce came out and did the job themselves. They got here around 7PM and stayed a little over two hours. They did a great job! Half the house is plantation shutters and they really took their time and made sure they were clean and everything else was left shiny and fresh. Also, they use "green" products were they can - nice to know with a bunch of kids in the house. They offered a first-time service coupon and have since become our regular service.
