DULANEY EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS LTD

I am completely satisfied with the service that Dulaney Exterior Solutions Inc performed. Before using Dulaney, I had contacted numerous contractors and had received several responses that they did not have the expertise to fix the leaks. Others said they would try to stop the leaks, but could not guarantee that they would be successful. One contractor even suggested that I have them cut the top off the sun room and cover it with a shingled roof. Although those contractors admitted they could not successfully do the work, I was very pleased that they were truthful. I had began to believe that I would have to live with the leaks. Finally, I was referred to Dulaney, called them and Carl Dulaney set up an appointment. From the very beginning when I met Carl, it was as if a heavy weight had been lifted.from my shoulders. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and professional, but I personally feel an added strength he possess is the ability to explain things in detail to a novice that has no experience. He explained to me the problem that the sun room had encountered over the years (it was built in 1997 and started leaking in 2010) and how they would seal it. He stated that his company would seal it with a product that carries a manufacturers warranty for 20 years. In addition, the caulk he would use would conform with the existing color and consistency of the existing color. Mike Mills and Peter removed the old caulk, cleaned the glass and sealed everything in one day. They were extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Once again, we can enjoy using the sun room. I highly recommend Dulaney.
