It went well. Though I did not watch the whole time, they checked to see how efficient the dryer was running before and after the work. (It is doing much better at drying now.) They also checked the vents that went through the attic and took a picture to show me the condition of the vents and tape that was used at the joints. They did the assessment, then provided me with a quote before doing any of the work. They were very polite.

We were especially impressed with their attention to detail - first they inspected the ductwork in the attic, next - they were careful when moving the dryer not to damage our delicate tile floor and they left everything spic and span. He was able to get me an appointment in just a few days, and arrived promptly, ready to do the work. I could not be more pleased -- they provided the most outstanding service and I would highly recommend them. I have a long dryer vent line and it was really clogged, including a large clog at the vent cap that is hard to reach. I had another company try to clean the clog out the vent cap about a year ago and they were only partially able to clear it. Johnny and his crew got every last piece of lent out to restore perfect air flow. Not only that, they pointed out that repaired a poorly constructed bend in the vent that was impeding air flow and trapping lent, and for a nominal charge corrected the problem. Five star service! They took before and after pictures; I attached a couple of them. Call them, you will be pleased!

Johnny was able to accommodate me immediately due to a canceled appointment; he arrived within a half-hour of my call. He and his assistant were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They assessed the layout of my dryer vent (through roof), including going up into the attic to check out the duct's integrity. In addition to the basic vent cleaning service, I also had them install a higher quality flexihose from the dryer to the vent - air flow is much better than with the old plastic hose. They cleaned up after themselves, and offered tips to keep the dryer working properly. All in all, a very good experience.

His may not be the cheapest dryer vent service out there, but I will hesitate to use anyone else in the future. He's worth it. Highly recommend.

Dryer Vent Wizard of North San Antonio did and excellent and thorough job cleaning out my roof-accessible dryer vent. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. It has made a huge difference in my dryer's efficiency. I didn't realize how extensive the dryer lint buildup could be in my system... even though I dutifully clean out my lint filter with each load. We should've hired them a long time ago!

Johnny and Colby did a very thorough and excellent job. They were very conscientious about keeping things clean and not letting A/C escape the house.
