Danny was punctual, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. He had my old door off and the new one on in less than an hour. His prices are very fair and I'm happy with my new door. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience ! This contractor actually showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would at the price he quoted. He gave me a call when he was on the way to the house, once he arrived he inspected the door & gave me a quick description of what he'd do and got right to work. The experience was great. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday around noon and Danny was out at my house by 4:30 that same day. He said he does not charge extra for coming out on Saturday because he works Mon - Sat. He said he would call me if he was running late, but he called to let me know he was on his way earlier than he expected to be free from his last job. Danny was very friendly and professional. He explained to me how/why the spring broke and then told me what he was going to do. It took much less time to replace the two springs than I expected. PLEASE NOTE! I called four other companies before choosing Done Right Garage Doors. One company gave me a range of prices depending on what they found, but it was higher than Done Right. One Company wanted over $300. Another estimated more than that, and a fourth, multi-state company would not give an estimate. They said they would have to come out and let their technician decide. Which means he was going to sell me a package of stuff I didn't need. Done Right Garage Doors asked me a few questions about the door, its age, what did the springs look like, etc. He gave me a price on the phone without any sales pitch. I highly recommend Done Right Garage Doors of San Antonio.

It could not have gone better. I called on a Saturday morning and he was there by noon. It took him about 30 mintues to replace teh spring and rollers. I would recommend him to anyone. Great service!

From start to finished I was very pleased. Came out within the hour - programed my new opener when he left I was a very happy customer.

He was very good and honest. He told me that the garage door was new and didn't need replaced but that the hinges were old and sticking and was probably the source of the problem. He replaced all of those and made the door move a lot easier. He was excellent. He was very helpful and since I had just moved into the house, he told me everything about the garage door system I had. He took his time and didn't rush. His prices were very reasonable, especially considering how far he came to service my garage door. When I called the normal service tech wasn't available, so the owner came out to help me. My garage door wouldn't go down and I was worried about leaving it open all day, so the owner went out of the way and came out to fix it even though he doesn't normally do that.
