It went fine. He spent quite a bit of time making sure the issue was resolved.

Satellite TV Equipment Service
They said someone would be out the next day (Sunday) but no one ever showed up. I called them again and they said again they would be out the next day (Tuesday). They still haven't shown up and it's Wednesday of the next week. I've been a customer of theirs for 7 years and I've never had problems with their customer service before. They did give me a phone number of the tech that was supposed to come but they nor I could get a hold of the guy. They said that if he doesn't show up by 5pm today, they would send someone else.
