 + -1 moreThey said someone would be out the next day (Sunday) but no one ever showed up. I called them again and they said again they would be out the next day (Tuesday). They still haven't shown up and it's Wednesday of the next week. I've been a customer of theirs for 7 years and I've never had problems with their customer service before. They did give me a phone number of the tech that was supposed to come but they nor I could get a hold of the guy. They said that if he doesn't show up by 5pm today, they would send someone else.
Description of Work: I contacted them for service on my tv/satellite.

Description of Work: I'm a Landlord here in San Antonio. I have 4-plex's, tri-plex's and duplex's all over town. At one of my units I had FIVE Dish Satellite receivers drilled onto my roof. When I called them to come and please remove, as the tenants had long ago vacated, they said, "Sorry, they're yours now." (!) Talk about a colossal waste and expense! When I asked them about repairing the holes in my roof, they just laughed. When one of my tenants mistakenly ordered Dish Network service recently (without asking my permission) I told her she'd have to take it down and pay for repairing my roof holes. She herself called Dish Network to try and get out of the contract - they said "Fine, no problem - we'll just charge $420 to your credit card. Have a nice day." SHE NEVER EVEN GOT ONE DAY OF SERVICE FROM THESE CROOKS! Bottom line - stay away from Dish Network. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever come across - bar none. RATED F-
