We recently heard about Discover Carpet Care from a shoutout on Facebook and were impressed by what we read. My husband called the company yesterday to book an estimate, and the two very hardworking young men just finished the job to perfection! Without a doubt, this is the best carpet care company we have contracted with. The extensive pet stain damage we had in a concentrated area of the hallway was not a challenge for Anthony at all--he knew exactly what to do and explained the special sub-floor treatment in great detail. He and his associate spent a good deal of time completing the entire project and making sure it was completed to our satisfaction--they did not slight us in any way! We were greatly impressed by their work ethic, expertise and their prompt attention to our initial phone call. Enroute to our house, they got delayed in local traffic and gave us a courtesy call to tell us they were running a little late--a little gesture we appreciated. In addition, we got a very good deal on a spot/stain remover. We will definitely call Discover Carpet Care in the future, and highly recommend them to everyone!

We have gone through several different carpet cleaning companies with mixed results. Some were too pricey, while others didn't leave us fully satisfied. We heard about these guys through an acquaintance, and we are glad we did! Their team is very pleasant, thorough, and services are price very fairly. Discover Carpet Care just left my house after doing an absolutely fabulous job! They were prompt, fast and efficient. Not to mention affordable! I could not have asked for a better job. They were even able to remove a bright pink stain from my kids in our master bedroom! My husband and I scrubbed the stain and couldn't remove it ourselves. There is no evidence of it now! YAY! They placed fans to help dry the carpet! After they left I expected to find really wet floors, nope, nearly dry! They even left me with a bottle of their own spot cleaner and deodorizer!
