Fast service call ahead for estaminets and appointment for no waiting. They also dropped me off at home while installation so I did not have to wait then picked me up when completed.

Discount tire located the rims that I was looking for in a relatively short time. Actually they Received the rims faster than expected. They spent a good amount of time with me, as I change my tire size at least twice and I changed the wheel size as well, but they were very patient and helpful.

When I arrived to drop off my truck and get the tires installed, there were quite a few people at the store so I anticipated a long wait and was initially somewhat bummed. However surprisingly they got the whole job done in roughly about 45 minutes, and that thoroughly impressed me.

All of the people behind the counter who worked with me we're great I would highly recommend discount tire to anyone looking to buy a new set of tires.

Discount Tire was able to get the tires I needed within a couple of hours. The communication from beginning to end was outstanding. The staff truly seem to understand the craft. This is the second time that I've used them within the last 6 months.

Had checked out other places including Sams club. Wasn't wanting to spend so much on tires but wanted high quality given I put about 20K on per year. The salesman was patient, professional and showed me all the options. I came late in the day so expected to make an appt and come back the next day. He made it work and squeezed me in during the last hour the shop was open. Very pleased with the tires he recommended after spending for the premium quality. It made a big difference in road noise and handling just as he said and I will definitely be back.

I was in and out within 20 minutes, with a new tire and no charge other than the $24 to warranty the new tire.

I thought it was a good price. They put them on and balanced them and the tires are warrantied. I think I paid a little extra for the warranty. I would give them an A on everything.

These guys are GREAT! They found that one of the tire pressure sensors was malfunctioning and replaced it. Great catch!

Discount offered me the Road Hazard Insurance on these tires, which is not available from most sources on trailer tires. Given the history I've had with trailer tires it was a prudent investment. In October one of the tires got a "screwed" and was returned to them. They stated that it would be evaluated for reparability, and if not repairable, it would be replaced. A couple of days later I picked up the repaired tire, no charge, and no hassle. I've dealt with this store for many years, and have always appreciated the high quality service I received. In this purchase they also did a price match on a competitor which saved me enough to cover the RHI. They may be busy at times which means some waiting, and I usually find it's better to drop off the vehicle in the a.m. and pick it up later. My assumption is that being busy shows that many people realize this location is a good one to shop at.

Stopped in to order tires for 2006 Mini Cooper and although they were very crowded with customers, I was helped within moments. The sales/service rep (Thomas Sotello), located tires at two other locations and had them brought over to install within the hour. Absolutely amazed with service as other places I had checked for these particular tires either didn't carry them or woudn't order them. The tire warranty and the free monthly tire check service was explained. Hands-down, this was the best tire purchase experience ever!

Called for an estimate and to see when I could bring the car in, this was on a Friday. A very informative man asked me some questions about tire size and if I wanted the tires balanced, etc. He told me they would need to do this when 2 bays that were side by side would be available so it might take a little longer. I told him I would be there on Saturday. Arrived about 10:30 am on Saturday, by 12:15 pm they called to say the vehicles were ready to be picked up. The price was exactly as I was quoted on the phone, the service man was very nice and handled paperwork fast. I appreciate the fact that though I'm a woman and cannot say my experience with tires is very up to date, these gentlemen did not make me feel like a dummy as a lot of vehicle service companies do. I will definitely give them all by business.

I WENT TO DISCOUNT TIRES FOR TIRES ON THE TAURUS. WHILE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, IT WAS EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING AND WHILE THEY ROTATE THE TIRES FOR FREE, IT IS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE TIME WISE.

OVERALL WORK WAS PERFORMED TO SATISFACTION AND IN A TIMELY FASHION. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT WE HAD TO ASK FOR THE PRORATED PRICE, IT WAS NOT AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN.
