They made a mess and I had to repaint a wall in my bedroom because of the mess.

I wasnt happy. When they did my stairs, they only did the part that is walked upon but not the back portion of the steps. I also noticed some water drippings on my hardwood floors.

They were to clean the carpet in bedroom and study which were heavily stained from new puppy. The test area they did looked awesome initially, but once the carpet was dry, all stains returned. The job was very over priced for the end product we received.

I felt they were very unprofessional. The two gentleman that came out did several things: - parked their truck on the driveway without asking and left oil spots for me to clean up. - showed up without calling as I was told they would do. The techs were either provided with the wrong number from the office or they did not write it down correctly. The only thing that made it OK was the office called about 2 hours before they came. - price quoted was only honored after we had to call and talk to a manager. The special was 3 rooms for $119.95 . They tried to tell me that my living room counted as 2 rooms, the dining room as 1 room and the hall was a $1.00 a foot. I had told the representative in the office what I had when we set up the appointment and was quoted a price. I expected them to do what they said. When the tech told me the extra charges I said no and invited them to leave. - tech said they do not move any furniture. - fan they used to "speed dry" carpet is useless. I will not use them again.

They are very, very good and they are better than anyone else we've used. They are meticulous about taking care of the furniture they have to move and put back. They followed up after they were done and I had a few things I wanted taken care of. The manager had them back out within the hour to take care of everything. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted DirtFree Carpet to clean my 8x10 area rug because it had some pet stains on it.  After having my 8 X 10 area rug cleaned, some of the loops and fibers turned blue. I believe this is a chemical reaction. The pet stains were still on my rug.  When I first called them about it, they came back and tried to correct it. That did not work. On April 19th they came back and took my rug to clean it at their shop.  On my receipt, their representative wrote that they would work on it and it would be returned in 2 weeks.  After 2 weeks passed and I hadn't heard from them, I called.  They said they would try to deliver it that next Saturday.  The following Monday I called them since I hadn't heard a thing, and I asked to speak to the owner.  The supervisor called offered me $250.00 in reparations.  I asked to talk to the owner.  The owner called and said that they don't use anything blue in their cleaning solutions, so my rug must be defective.  He said there was no fault by the company.  My rug (with blue spots and pet stains) was delivered to me May 14, 2011 after I contacted them 2 more times.  The employees of this company were very argumentative when talking to me and the original employee who cleaned my carpet said "if he couldn't fix my carpet, he would be forced to pay for it himself and he had kids to worry about." The pet stains that were not removed do not make the rug unusable.  They are in an area of the rug that I could place under furniture if I changed its orientation. The original retail price of the rug was $650.00. I would like DirtFree Carpet to pay me 1/2 its value, $325.00, and refund my cleaning expense since the blue spots preclude me from being able to use the carpet.  Cleaning expense: $137.90 + $325.00 = $462.90 Thank you.

The carpet is clean. But their hoses left black marks on my walls. They did not leave without evidence. If you are going to clean the carpets you should not leave other things dirty. I felt their price was a little higher than other companies. They were responsive and came the next day on time.

Area cleaned to demonstrate Dirt Free quality was very clean. Stains DID NOT return. However, in all other areas cleaned, ALL the stains returned after 6 weeks. I phoned the office to complain and was met with a hostile female office person. When I explained my problem, she said" Sir, that was two (2) months ago!!" My response was "If the carpet was actually cleaned, the stains wouldn't return." She responded " I'll have to talk to the crew." I haven't heard from them since. This is not the first time I've had carpet cleaned but it is the worst cleaning job I've had in any home I've owned .

Although this company does not move furniture for you, their product is absolutely top notch. Stains are gone, the floor dried quickly, and looks brand new. I use them every year.

I was disappointed in the job they did. They certainly didn't live up to their commercials. They came late (although they did call). It took less than 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms plus stairs and a hallway. I had to have them clean several areas again. They left the entryway dirty from their shoes and equipment. After the carpet had dried, the texture felt rough when I walked on it.

Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my carpet. They did a very good job of cleaning my high traffic areas. They got the whole house cleaned in a timely manner. The guys that came out were very professional and courteous. Their prices are some of the best in town.
