Dianne and Ty worked really well together and the communication between them and with us was outstanding, as was the quality of the work and their punctuality. Our house is a hand-built underground house. Ty and Dianne together had to solve many unusual problems to create a kitchen that I just love and that fits with our unique house. Also, the crew that Ty and Dianne used to do the work were folks we were happy to have in our house.

She was referred to me by someone. She gave me ideas on the kitchen. She was very helpful. I would use her again.

We are very pleased with the results. The work was completed on schedule. Dianne provided samples and ideas for our review but also listened and incorporated our ideas to be sure the end result was what we wanted. We appreciated her honest feedback as to what would work best based on her experience. She stayed on top of the job as it progressed, making it as easy on us as possible and doing most of the shopping for us. She helped pick stain colors for the cabinet, paint color for the wall, backsplash tile , granite, etc., and designed the layout of the tile. She worked directly with the various vendors to keep the project on track and took care of procuring almost everything needed for the job. Always professional, patient and easy to work with.

Dianne told me that the project would take approximately 120 days.  Indeed it did.  There were no delays and costs were exactly what she said that they would be.  It was a fun and painless experience.  All costs were reasonable and Dianne went out of her way to find objects, etc. that were appropriately priced.  In sum, she was honest and careful with my money.

I purchased this home, approximately built 1983, in 2008. It transformed you to that date when you walked in. Needless to say it had never been updated. I really didn't know where to start. Dianne made me comfortably from the very beginning and truly went above and beyond in her sharing her knowledge, suggestions, and expertise. I was never uncomfortable with any of her suggestions of contractors for each of the transitions in updating my home. All were professional, and each went the extra step, I feel due to her constantly staying involved. Customer Service many times seems to be lost, but Not while working with her! Unfortunately, but a blessing, too, my health declined and I it became necessary to put my home on the market. It sold in less than two weeks, due no doubt to all the wonderful transformations!!
