DIAMOND PLUMBING

We had diamond do an excavation, in which they had to dig to get under the house to fix a broken pipe. After fixing, they did not put any dirt back under or filled it up with anything. We only found out because we were doing restroom renovations and noticed under the bathtub (where they dug) that there was no dirt or anything. It was completely hollow. Our tub could have fell in. As we expressed our concerns to diamond, they said they are not responsible for “structural damage” to which we replied, it is not structural damage YET, they simply did not finish their job and did not fill the hole completely! They have refused over and over again to come and fill the hole where they have dug. On the contract, it does say that they will fill the hole to the best of their ability, and we know that this was definitely not the best of their ability, since it is completely hollow! We have paid so much $$ for them to cause us so much more trouble.

Great- even better because at the time of installation he noticed that the pipe that the dirty water would empty out into was very loose. We called builder and they said open the wall. Sorry for the delay of this review. A lot to do after moving into a new home. Omgosh- the pipe was cracked off completely. I have a photo under construction that shows it was in perfect condition at the time Diamond put it in. If we had another company put it in, they might not have really worried about it and went ahead and installed the system. This would have had dirty water emptying between the entire wall backed up to our kitchen appliances and custom cabinets. They would have just said they didn't know and the builder would have tried to say the company that installed the softener was the one that broke it. Avoided a nightmare. Mike installed the softener,even ADDED a Spigot so we could use it to wash cars-spot free !!! checked it, explained what we had to do. It is a metered system, so it only cleans itself as needed. No electronic digital issues that start having problems with electric outages and don't last as long as they should. We hired them to put in our gas line to our pool too, and have 1 more project. I would highly recommend Diamond. Quality work, fair and honest prices!!!

My daughter bought a syntax home and used them to install that. They were good so she told us about them. We have used them three to four times so far. I did not replace the faucet as I wanted to do a bathroom remodeling. I wanted it to keep going until we got that job done. They cut the value out and it is working. They are prompt. They were here when they said they were going to. One time I had a leak without knowing the source. The found the problem the very first time they came and they corrected it and charged me a lot less. I got a leak again and they found that the leak was on the city side and not us and they did not charge me anything. The quality of work is very good. I once had a water leak from a receptacle. They cut a hole in the wall and found a TVC pipe that was put when the house was build and a nail was put into that pipe. They fixed that and put a piece of metal over the pipe so that the same thing won't happen again.
