While completing the inspection very efficiently, he took time to photograph everything he was checking, to explain every step he was taking, what he was looking for and why, and, at the end of the inspection gave me a comprehensive summary of what he found.
His follow-up final report had all of the pictures taken, each element of the inspection, and all issues.
Doug was friendly, experienced, and lived up to the recommendation provided by several folks we were working with in San Antonio.
