The crew came in trimmed the trees, tilled the ground add top soil and sod. They were very respectfully and explained everything I need to know about after cares. the results were amazing and I would highly recommend John and his team.

We engaged John a couple weeks before the winter storm to lay down sod and trim trees sometime scheduled mid Februrary. He was very proactive in communication about expectations from the sod farms concerning the quality of the grass and when cutting would resume. He checked availability in case a good crop would become available. In mid April he gave me a call to install a good cut that day. Installation was gorgeous and my neighbors have commented how well it was done and clean. He gave us very clear instructions on how to maintenence the yard and is still answering questions after the job is complete. He has a lot of practical and solid advice. He follows up 2 weeks and again 2 months after installation. 10/10 we'll work with him again

Once the sod was laid he gave me watering instructions and came back out 2 weeks later to check on the progress of the new grass. Our job was a complete backyard re-sod. John was very open and honest with communication before, during, and after the job. They were quick and efficient. Two inches of dirt plus 6 pallets of sod put down in a day. Have already recommended John and his crew to our neighbors.

John is by far one of the best salesmen I have met. The man knows his stuff when it comes to selling. I was promised a great lawn satisfaction guaranteed. I am not a satisfied customer. The project was delayed for a number of excuses... but I remained calm since John assured me that everything would be great. John failed to tell me all the things that I would have to pay for after the work was completed. I understand that maintenance is a must when it comes to anything. But 250 dollars here, 200 dollars there starts adding up. My lawn is very uneven. Big rocks have surfaced after some time, a ton of weeds have resurfaced after he assured me that what they did not scrape away, would not be a problem. I texted John anytime I saw things of concern. His reply was always, Do not worry about that... It will come together. My lawn definitely looks better than it did.... it is green. From far, it looks amazing. Just do not look at it up close or walk on it cause you might sprain your ankle on the uneven ground. I get upset every time I have mowed my lawn because my lawnmower is all over the place. A bunch of weeds throughout my property and uneven ground is what I ended up paying for. I honestly do not think his price was high by all means when he quoted the work. But... now I see that I got what I paid for. His crew sat on my porch longer than the time they spent working. He had the audacity to say, we scraped what we could!. I had even started to scrape what they could not and decided to ask him about all the stuff they missed. Do not worry about that. It will be fine. It will come together... you will see. Premium grade sod was what was installed on my property. Yeah right. I had another company come out and they mentioned that he did decent work. When asked how much I paid, the look on their face said it all. That company has taken over to try to make my lawn weed-free... but they are not having much luck. The damage is done. I trusted this man to take care of business and ended up extremely disappointed. Include aftercare in your price John. Do not force customers to have to pay extra after they wave goodbye. It is not a finished product if you have to pay extra to get it looking great after you have finished. End of rant... continue with life.

Iâ ve had them do landscaping in the front and back yards of my new house and am amazed at how often neighbors stop and compliment how great my yard looks. I also have them do regular maintenance. On time, extremely friendly and thorough. Overall great quality
