DEPENDABLE EXPRESS

The scheduled delivery for Friday between 1-5. My husband was home all day, they were a no show. I called on Saturday and the employee was freindsly but said he doesnt have access to look up accounts so I would have to call back Monday. I waited to see if the package would be delivered on Monday but it was not. I called first thing Tuesday morning and was told they couldn't find my package, but that someone would call me back. No one ever called, I called later in the day and left a message because no one picked up the line. Tuesday morning I called and spoke to someone who assured me they would find my package and call me back that day to arrange the delivery. No one called. I called twice in the afternoon, no answer. Wednesday morning i called and spoke to a nice lady who apologized and showed they had the package, and guaranteed me that someone would call me that day to schedule. No one called me. Thursday i contacted the online vendor who told me they had the package and I need to call them to schedule the delivery. I called again, no answer left a voicemail...still no response. Every time I call I have to listen to their recording about customer service and I wonder how they can value that yet be so unresponsive. All i want is my bookshelf....hoping this bad review wont result in broken cargo... :/
