after going to 3 other places who all wanted to keep my car for two days and repaint not only the fender but also the
hood and from $250.00 up. I was just about ready to give up when I saw dent dawg on angies list. this would be my last place and I was happy that I stop there. they were so nice and professional. it took only 2 hours did not have to paint and when he finish it looked brand new. these people were great , there on my to use again list .
It is a pleasure to recommend Dent Dawg and Chris Coker.
Had an and quot;owieeeand quot; on my car, my own fault. Took it to the body shop for repair estimate and was told between $3,000 and $4,000 and at least two weeks. I said and quot;No Thank Youand quot; as politely as I could with my teeth clenched. A neighbor recommended Dent Dawg where for $375 and a few hours of work - WHAALAA...!!!!
Dent Dawg is owned by one of the nicest young man you could ever meet and his two technicians. Makes one believe in the American Dream again.
I E-mailed a picture of the damage and got an E-mail back almost immediately with an estimate. They will pick up and deliver for an extra fee.
These guys take great pride in customer satisfaction, and I am one VERY satisfied customer.

BEFORE
AFTER !!!!!
I'm a member of Amazon Prime and bought an Amazon coupon valued at $150 for $75 to have a dent in my 2010 Prius repaired.
Dent Dawg did the repair. They are conveniently located on Sentenial which is right off Broadway on the east side of the Airport.
I called Dent Dawg and made an appointment with Chris. Before making the appointment Chris had me transmit a picture of the
dent and within a couple of minutes he texted an estimate. The Amazon coupon would cover the cost of repair which Chris said
would take anywhere from forty-five minutes to an hour to complete. Upon arriving at Dent Dawg Chris immediately inspected my
dent, collected the key, and drove the Prius into the shop. The waiting room has a great view of the shop and also has free
snacks and drinks. If you have kids, there is a small play area for children. Before too long Chris came into the waiting room and
said he found another small dent under the Prius emblem and he could fix that extra dent for no extra charge so I could get a
bigger bang for my Amazon coupon. I readily agreed. In less than an hour both dents were fixed. Chris drove the Prius back out
front so I could inspect his handiwork in the daylight. The dents were gone and his work looked great and passed my inspection.
As a reminder Dent Dawg is paintless dent repair. The original dent had a scratch down to bare metal and Chris advised me to
get some touch-up paint to cover up the small scratch to prevent any possible rust problems. No problem because Toyota has
small bottles of touch-up paint available for sale. The paperwork was a snap and Chris included a $25 off coupon for my next
visit which he good naturedly hoped was many, many miles down the road. He thanked me for my business and I thanked him
for the great work. So, if you have a dent that's bugging you, go to Dent Dawg - it's totally painless.
"Thank you [removed member name] for the kind words and it was a pleasure. I would like to clarify a couple things just so that potential clients are not mislead in any way and this review is as accurate as possible. My name is Chris not Scott. I think Scott was the name of the other PDR company that [removed member name] had contacted for a quote, prior to contacting Dent Dawg. After speaking with [removed member name] over the phone and looking at the pictures of the damage to his vehicle, I informed him that there was already an obvious crack in the paint and if I were to attempt to repair the dent, the crack would almost assuredly worsen. Even more so if the fender had been painted before. He was aware and perfectly fine with that option. Upon bringing the vehicle to our shop we decided to give it a go. After a few minutes of working on the fender I realized that in fact, it had been filled and painted at some point in its life. I decided to press on just to see if there were any chance of improvement but finally making the decision to inform [removed member name] that there was absolutely zero chance of this dent repairing without the paint cracking in a much nastier way. After speaking with him, he trusted my professional opinion and decided to live with the dent as it was. While [removed member name] review was not a bad review, but I want the perception of Dent Dawg to be that we are the company that CAN repair anything that is PDR'able. We like to say that as long as the paint is in good shape, we can repair the damage. We are perfectionists and are passionate about our profession. You will not find better customer service or quality anywhere! So I thank you [removed member name] for the kind words and look forward to taking care of your PDR needs in the future."
