We recently relocated to San Antonio, and were referred to Denise by some family members who are Re/Max agents in another state. She was extremely responsive, called us immediately after hearing from our relatives, and was able to meet within a few days. She interviewed us about what we were looking for and met us on weekends (our choice) to take us through homes. She quickly learned more about our preferences as we went through homes. She was honest and provided authoritative answers to our questions about the area. Denise met us one late evening to draw up a purchase contract. She stayed on top of the seller's agent and the title company, and kept me informed with multiple phone calls and emails each day at different points in the process. She was friendly and down-to-earth. One time she forgot to bring a form that we needed to sign, but she was able to send it to me electronically within hours of our meeting.
