Deluxe Construction

My experience with Deluxe Construction began satisfactorily. The estimator was professional and appeared very knowledgeable, and  said I would have my estimate within 24 hrs. After not receiving the estimate after a few days, I called and left a message asking if they would call me back to let me know how the estimate was going. After not receiving a call back from the company I called a few more times without being able to reach anyone. Two weeks later, I sent them an email saying that:

 "I have tried calling multiple times to inquire on whether my estimate is completed.

However, I have received no response.

Unfortunately, I will be forced to leave a dissatisfied review online if I do not receive a timely response."

The owner of the company called be back within hours and accused me of threatening his company, and that it was the same as if he threatened to attack the reputation of my family. He said that I never left them a message or called.  He said that it was a personal attack on his company and that he would not be willing to work on my project. I am unsure why he became so unhinged, I simply stated that I wanted my estimate or I would have to give the company a bad rating for failing to provide the services they offered. I wanted to give them the chance to provide me with the estimate before leaving a bad review.

I found this experience to be infuriating and unprofessional.

Everything went well and turned out beautiful. We have already recommended Deluxe Construction to others.
