They were very efficient and thorough. They answered all of our questions about granite and they drew up about 3 different estimates for our kitchen and bath remodeling project.

Monica on the sales team was wonderful about quickly and thoroughly answering all our questions throughout the process.  We were kept informed all along the way what the next steps were, how long that would take and what was needed from us.  The field measurement team and installation team were prompt and efficient.  They were there at the house within 15 minutes of the time they said they would be and had even let us know beforehand that they were running a few minutes late. I was asked to inspect everything before the install team left and was pleasantly surprised to find each room they worked in cleaner than what it had been prior to them arriving.  Everything is gorgeous and I will definitely be using Delta Granite for any projects in the future.

We are very pleased and happy with our new look. Delta Granite folks were all awesome. Field measurment was done on January 16 and granite installed Feb 8. It seemed like it took awhile but San Antonio had some very cold icy weather causing delays. Bottom line it was worth the wait! We recommend Delta Granite!

I have to commend them on their timeliness. Only 3 days passed from when
we approved the layout to installation. Installation took only one day
and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in the
future.

I think the project went well. I am very happy with the quality of the fabrication and the installation. Delta actually completed my job a couple of days earlier than expected and so delivery was ahead of schedule. It worked out for me perfectly. I was particularly pleased with my salesman, Conrad, at Delta. He worked with me on all the aspects of my project, worked with me on pricing, etc. Good guy...follows up when he says he will. we communicated often by email. Great for me. The counter top upgrade was part of a larger bathroom remodeling project. On the install day, Delta's staff worked around the other contractors that were in the bathroom at the same time. No conflicts. Very professional.
On the other side, I learned some lessons that i would like to share should you want to embark on a bathrrom granite upgrade. 1. Get it clear if you are paying by the sq. ft. or are buying the whole slab. Chance are that if the slab is not in the yard, you are going to buy the whole thing! Consider what you will do with the left overs.2. Before Delta (or anyone else) comes to make a template, you have to remove the old countertop and sink(s). This is a separate charge! Delta uses a sub-contractor for this...I'm not keen on them. I did one bathroom removal myself. It's not that hard, just heavy. Habitat for Humanity came a few days later and hauled off the old countertops. Remember you will be without a sink for a week or two.3. Granite companies do not re-install your plumbing...depending on the sink drain location, chances are you will have to modify/replace the whole p-trap assembly. Line up a plumber ahead of time if you don't have the skills or the time.4. If you have any anomolies in your wall a straight piece of granite is going to make them obvious. Heads up, granite companies do not caulk to your wall.

We worked with Delta to pick out our slabs for the countertops in our new home. They were great to work with and always available in the showroom or via phone. They came out an measured for the granite both inside and out however our rockwork on the kitchen was not ready to measure. We were charged again for a second measure and install trip.

The install went well. Our only complaint was the lack of clean-up of epoxy that dropped on the tile floors or outside porch. The company happily sent out a team to cleanup the extra epoxy from the outdoor kitchen install. Otherwise the install was great and the teams were very nice and professional. Overall the countertops look beautiful and we are happy with the work. Their granite and marble selection is the best we saw in town.

Delta Granite and Marble was recommended to us by our kitchen re-modeling contractor. Although he told us that we might be able to find a slightly better price, in his experience Delta's professionalism and attention to detail surpassed any other granite contractor. He was right on target. From beginning to end, Delta exceeded our expectations. Geoff was our main contact for the project, and he led us through each step with ease. He patiently helped us select the two slabs of granite needed for our project. Also, their new designer, April, found the perfect tile and tile trim for us after carefully listening to what we were looking for. The fellow who came out to do the templates fully explained our options and made excellent suggestions (at our request) when we weren't sure exactly which way to go on a couple of options. The installation happened on time and as promised, and the installers were professionals all the way. I was amazed at how easily (and carefully) they handled the heavy pieces of marble. Those guys really know what they are doing. In fact, everyone we worked with at Delta knew their job and we quickly realized that our confidence in them was well founded. We would recommend them to anyone who needs granite or marble countertops.

The guy coming out to give us our quote didn't show up the day he said he would, and never called. We called him back and he apologized and showed up that time when he said he would. He said he would get us the quote that day, but we had to call him a few times to get it the next day. Other than that, we had great service. We went to their showroom that had a great selection of granite, from which we picked the two slabs that they used in our bid. Templating at our home went very well and they showed up on time. They were very fast in getting the granite installed from the time it got templated (about 7 days). Did a great job on installation and the seams were well done. They even put steel undermount bars on the upper server level that we hadn't asked for, but which add strength and look great. The undermount sink was very high quality and they installed it well. The guys who showed up to do the granite install were a bit scary looking with lots of tattoos, but they did a great job and were pleasant to work with. Overall a great experience and we have recommended Delta Granite to a couple of our neighbors. A few things to keep in mind: they don't do the counter tear-outs and instead refer you out to a guy named David (don't remember what his company name was). He did a good job tearing them out (was about $450) but we could have done it cheaper. We used Rod's Remodeling for the tile backsplash and he would have torn out the counters for less. David also offered to do our range hood changeout and install the dishwasher, but his prices were very high (I was able to do it myself for free). He was a nice guy, but I felt like I was working with a used car salesman. But again, he doesn't work for Delta Granite, he just was referred by them.
