Had a power outage with my stove and refridg on Thanksgiving day while I was in the process of cooking dinner!  My service tech arrived within 20 minutes of me calling and got me fixed!  Didn't realize that I had a electricitiy unit under the house.  And while it was only a thrown switch, he spent about 15 minutes searching for it, found it and had me up and running!  Well worth the service fee on a holiday!  Will definitely use again!  Bobby W

Services started on June 17, 2013. The workers, although very very kind and helpful were not consistent in showing up. One day, they were called away at 2pm for another job. This was ok, except that the job which I was told would be complete in one week (5 business days) has taken over 1 month to finish. They were not able to fit the job within the week. When they rescheduled for Monday, nobody showed up. On Wednesday when they came back, there was still more work which had to be done on Friday, now being 5 business days later than the job was supposed to take.
When they left, they left a few outlets unscrewed with live wires exposed as well as a few lightswitches for the city inspector to take a look at for final inspection.They asked me to stay home for one day for the city inspector because he would need to come inside the house. The inspector appeared to have never showed up, but when I called, he only needed access to the outside of the house. Communication with the office staff is horrible. You can't seem to get answers from them or a full explanation of the process (if you are first timer) and they always seem to rush me off the phone. I still haven't gotten the job completed, but then again, I haven't paid them the remaining balance. They have promised to make it right, but it's been a long process.
The price was excellent. But if you're in a hurry to get a job done. I wouldn't choose them.

I called Davilla's Electric after reading some reviews. The lady that answered the phone asked a few questions and set up the appointment for the next day between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. I stayed home waiting for the appraiser ,at 11:15 AM they called me wanting reschedule my appointment. they wasted my entire morning... I was hung up on when I tired to explain how upset I was about their wasting my time.

Everything went very well. They were very careful, and were not in a hurry. They wanted to make sure I had the chandelier at the height I really wanted it at. I thought the pricing was reasonable. Their work is always good. If something is not good, they are very willing to come back. We have used them for many jobs. I had to wait for the chandelier to come in, and they told me to call them when I was ready. They gave me an estimate, and that's exactly what they charged me.

I was satisfied with them. They had to do the work both inside as well as outside. We know about them since they had done some other smaller jobs for us and we were satisfied with them. That’s why we chose them. They were prompt. They were reasonable and punctual while considering all the work they did. Everything is working fine. They corrected our problems. They saved us from some safety issues when they did the work. I would recommend them. We would use their services in the future too.

Called Davila based on Angie's List reviews. Said someone would be out in the morning by 11:00 am. Took off of work and sat like an idiot waiting for them. At 11:00, no one had shown up or called. Started calling them at 11:00 for the next hour and a half and all I got was a busy signal. Went back to work at 1:00. Never received a call from Davila Electric. It's a shame. We see their vans a lot in our neighborhood and assumed they were pretty reliable. Our mistake.

Thoroughly professional: Isolated and diagnosed the problem with the old doorbell (a broken wire in the wall) and installed the new doorbell in a different location.

SOME OF MY PLUGS WE HAD NO IDEA HOW THEY WORKED, AND THESE GUYS STRAIGHTENED IT ALL OUT. MY ATTIC IS SO EASY TO GO INTO AND DO WORK. JAMES WAS THE TECHNICIAN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

We don't use any other company but this one. We like the way he comes out and tells you about everything. He is very honest and trustworthy, and doesn't perform any unnecessary service, only what is needed.
