I'm selling my home, and I decided to get an appraisal done to get a realistic idea of what my home could sell for. I contacted David through the messaging service on Angie's List, and David contacted me the next business day. He came over to appraise my home within the week at a time that worked for me. He was very prompt, and he was thorough during the appraisal. He walked me through everything, and he was very kind and courteous. The appraisal was sent within the time he promised. He included comparisons from my area, and a lot of detail pertaining to my home. I would definitely recommend David to anyone wanting an appraisal.

I contacted David Kellogg on 5-22-07 to obtain an analysis of the square footage (living area) of my home for property tax purposes. An appointment was scheduled for 5-24-07. The appraiser, Jeff Howerton, arrived promptly and completed the necessary measurements in a short period of time. The final report was sent to me by e-mail on the day of the appraisal.
