never finished the job/21/2 months

I gave them 60% of the money down. When installing my fence, it was done in a very non-professional manner. Then the front fence gate is now unable to be used after they came, when it was working fine before. David explained to me that he was going to reuse the chimney, took the wooden part down and laid it down on the ground. During that time, it rained a lot which of course caused my wooden chimney to rot. David then tried to say that it was already rotten, even though he had told me that they were going to use it as well as 3 other contractors said it was still usable. I had called him several time, to come and cover it up and ended up having to pay someone else to do it. He continued to not call and not show up to finish the job, there was always an excuse. My electrical work never got done either. This has been a 3 month ordeal. I had used up all my vacation time, comp time and sick time at work. I will never use them again. I had to ask them to get off my property once they started painting, because they ended up painting over my solar screening pads. Clearly these people that did finally show up, were no professional. They showed up at noon and then left at 2:30 in the afternoon. Didn't even finish the painting. They also continued to ask to use my bathroom inside my personal home and would take an unreasonably long time before coming back out. They all of them drank while they were on the job. Extremely unprofessional, and it was a terrible experience.

This was a rather large project. The quality of the work was the best out there in my opinion. The only thing that I would recommend is that if you use them is to give them a deadline. The project did kind of drag out. Overall though, I was happy with everything and I would use them again.
