Overall, very disappointed. The repairman came on time, however, he spent over an hour trying to find the leak and couldn't find where the leak was coming from. Spent a lot of time punching buttons and looking baffled. When I commented on the high repair bill, his response was that it because of high gas prices and how it wasn't his fault - very unprofessional.

They were prompt, courteous. It wasn't a major issue. He was very good about pointing that out. He was honest.

I called on a Monday, Mr. Arteaga came on Tuesday. He quickly diagnosed both problems and repaired the freezer immediately. (clogged drain) He ordered a part for the dryer and came the following day to repair the dryer. Prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Hopefully all of the appliances will stay healthy but if not, I'll definitely give him a call again.

Our refrigerator was still under warranty but the company claimed a five day delay in response(the temp was over a hundred) Mr. Artieaga responded in a very short time on short notice. The fan he replaced is much, much more quite than the original fan. I felt his charge was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend his service.

Dart White Good's Service did a good job. I was very happy with their service. The two servicemen that came out were very helpful. They answered all of my questions that I had. They didn't try to overcharge me. They charged me for the work they did and nothing extra. They are a very honest company.
