Darrell Perkins Construction

I had a roof replaced in 2009. I was given in writing a 20 year warranty on the material and 10 years on labor. The roof developed a leak on the patio so I called the roofer who did the work. It was hard to contact him and when I did he would always promise to come and fix the roof and always full of excuses when he did not come. The name of the roofer is Darrell Perkins 206 Donaldson San Antonio, Texas 78247. Phone # 210-589-7439. Mr Perkins wrote a license # 4647 on the contract when in truth the license expired in 1996. I had an estimate done today for the patio which was $1250.00. When the person who was doing the estimate took off a few of the shingles it was apparent that the fiberglass felt had never been changed as per the contract. I am now concerned about the rest of the roof.I spoke with Mr Perkins today and he said he wanted to help but he had arthritis and then said I was harassing him. Do not trust this man. He will take your money and not do the job properly and he does not honor his warranty.
