Company responded promptly to my call and sent out two well trained technicians who performed the work in a professional manner and provided a detailed report of their findings. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

The actual work was done well and professionally. He stepped on a pvc drainage pipe and broke it. After that he quickly replaced it at no cost. He is quick, efficient, and professional.

David Hiller came out, crawled up in the attic and inspected the duct work. He reported that the the ducts were fine and pin pointed the problem to the new carpet that had been installed in their home. He did not charge them a dime to do the inspection. I feel really good that there are people out there like David. He is professional, hardworking and honest. He definitely will continue to be my parents A/C and heating technician.

P.S. They feel so confident about his professionalism and expertise that they have since purchased a maintenance agreement to service their unit twice a year. This will put me at ease that they are having their unit serviced properly and on a regular basis.

talked to david monday, let him know that we were going with him on tuesday, install everything wednesday.
started about 8:30 am and finished about 3:30-4:00 pm.
4 man crew.
one of the men was his son, david looks like a good family.
he is the owner and he looks proud of it.
as far as the rebates, his wife took care of everything.
he came by thursday to drop off paper work and to check on the a/c, the CPS and RUUD rebates were all filled out by his wife : ).
all we had to do was to sign and drop off at the post office-where would you get this kind of service?

They were great. I've used them in the past. It's a very reliable company. They would come out any time and work on my air conditioner and heater. They came promptly when I needed someone to come and check the units because it wasn't working. The owner is super friendly. His name is David Hiller. He came out to do the job for me. I didn't have any problems at all. In fact a friend of mine also had them replace their air conditioner. Their price was probably about what most people were charging and for the brand of air conditioning I got, it was good. I would continue to use them in the future.
