Dan Murphy Construction is licensed, bonded and insured. We offer Free Estimates. You will work with the owner. We will work with your architect or we can give you a recommendation for your project. On smaller projects, we can help you with the design. We use family and sub-contractors. Dan Murphy Construction has worked predominately by referral since 1993.

"Murphy Construction regrets such a negative response from a client. The circumstances were these: 1) the client was deeply upset that her renters had destroyed her family home. They wanted to move back into it because they had such fine memories. 2) We have worked with the listing Realtor for over twenty years with great results. 3) There was a final walk-thru with this client where they signed off on everything and paid the invoice in full. They were asked repeatedly if all work had been executed to their satisfaction. No final payment was requested until the client gave their approval. 4) We believe the client was upset with the renter not us and had no recourse with the renter. 5) The house was never on the market for sale. They were doing the work to move back in. 6) In almost twenty years, Murphy Construction has had fewer than two complaints. 7) The client's anger over the condition of her home, due to the renters, is the basis for this complaint. Not our work."
