Dalton and Sons

Dalton and Sons just finished (March, 2020) remodeling our master and guest bathrooms. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Jesse Dalton (owner) is very professional in explaining the scope of work, timing, line-item cost estimates, excellent recommendations for material suppliers, and meticulous in his workmanship. Excellent communications. Our phone calls never went to voicemail. Jesse always answered promptly. Same with text messages. Promised start dates and/or start times were always met. They suggested (and saved us $$$ plus quality product and service!) material suppliers, such as for tile, cabinets, and granite countertops; as a better alternative to the big home improvement stores. Dalton and Sons replaced the existing flooring with porcelain tile, installed new vanities, repaired drywall, installed medicine cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc., etc. They made sure the job site was cleaned up every night before they left. We are quite impressed by the way that Dalton & Sons performed the remodel, from the beginning to end. Jesse is very focused on doing the job right ... down to the final detail. He's a true tradesman, as well as a true gentleman. Very polite, responsive, reliable, and gets the job done right!
