They did not fix the problem correctly. Within 4 days, the leak was worse than before. When I called them about it, I was told it would be at least 10 days before they could come back again. I can understand a 10 day wait for the original repair, but if they come out and make matters worse, I do not find it reasonable to wait 10 days for them to correct their mistakes. The schedule lady was rude. She told me that leaving a message for the owner 'would do no good as he won't call you back anyway'. I guess once they have your business/money, they don't feel the need to provide appropriate follow up and warranty work in a timely fashion.

Dailey Plumbing not only dug too deep according to city regulations, but they left me with no water. I had to move out of my house for 3 days. They have never called back to check up either. I will never use them again.

After agreement, but before installation, representative was requested to call or visit to discuss fine points of installation. No calls or response for 4 days. Installation crew arrived on time, but there were many communication issues that would have been solved by the person returning calls as requested. After installation of pipes, but before completion of the job, pipes burst twice, flooding backyard and causing a $250 water bill. Several zones had to be re-routed to water the areas requested properly. The finish out was haphazard (buried heads, heads that didn't work, etc). Owner visited, but was condescending and arrogant, then tried to charge for adjustments to system not done properly in the original installation. After one month and several return visits, system works properly. Unfortunately, we were charged for 8 zones but received only 7. This has not been resolved as yet.

Daily Sprinklers did a great job. The sprinkler system worked so well. It is helping my lawn and garden grow beautifully. The gentleman who installed it was so nice and very polite. I even invited him in to my home for something to drink because I felt comfortable with him. He cleaned up well and even still stops by to check up on the system.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID A GOOD JOB REPAIRING THE SYSTEM, BUT THEY DID HAVE TO COME BACK OUT ON ANOTHER DAY DUE TO RUNNING OUT OF TIME ON THE ORIGINAL DAY SCHEDULED. THEY WERE UNABLE TO COME OUT FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO FINISH UP THE JOB. I FELT LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE COME THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH MINE BEFORE GOING ON TO THE NEXT JOB.
